Here are the three main concepts of manufacturing cost management:

• Interlocking: Several small formats interlock better on the surface of the raw panel, preventing metal loss during cutting, reducing scrap rates during shaping, and speeding up production on the machine.
• Lead time: If we use time to our advantage, your order will be better incorporated into production with different scheduling options that reduce costs. Conversely, by choosing a shorter lead time, we isolate your production from the scheduling cycle, resulting in increased costs.
• Pooling: several best-selling designs are perforated very regularly, and 1 mm thick galvanized steel is used in basic production. If you combine these two elements, you will benefit from lower production costs through pooling.

Mass production in a single format allows for very low production costs. Dampere opted for batch production of each custom format to offer you the advantages of industrialization in the perforated sheet metal production process. Our pricing is linked to the scheduling, pooling, and industrial interleaving of your order with other similar productions in order to share the fixed start-up costs.

• Price: €50 (Free for architects)

• The price of powder coating: €150 flat rate for powder loading + €65/m² applied to the ordered surface. Only one RAL color applies to the order.
• For mounting holes, the €25 flat rate applies regardless of the number of holes drilled.
• For the folding option: flat rate of €40 per order line + €5 per fold made
• When using brass: flat fee of €55 per order line to account for the impact of the material on production and brushing at the end of the manufacturing process.
• When using aluminum: flat fee of €25 per order line to account for the impact of the material on production and brushing at the end of the manufacturing process.
• Manual editing requested from our Design Office: flat rate of €85 to make the adjustments you want.
