Description

Odo R20U25 perforated sheet metal Odo a clear and bright visual appearance: 20 mm diameter circles arranged in orthogonal alignment with a constant pitch constant 25 mm. Under the standardized perforation designation Rg20-25, this perforation geometry provides more than 50% open area, a high level when the objective is to ensure high airflow, generous light transmission, and a noticeable reduction in the weight of the metal envelope. Unlike RxTy perforated sheet metal, orthogonal perforated mesh produces a directional distribution of openings: the shadows form a regular grid pattern, with a more visible bar effect depending on the orientation; from a distance, the surface appears as a highly breathable metal veil. The Ø 20 mm round hole offers a clear graphic presence, which can be modulated by color: more discreet on dark shades, more assertive on light or metallic finishes. In backlighting, the sheet metal becomes almost transparent, revealing the geometry of the structure it protects. At close range, the material stands out with precision and regularity. From a distance, the perforated sheet metal fades into the landscape, revealing only the rhythm of the openings. These variations can be described with the words balance, geometry, and transparency. With a transparency of approximately 50%, R20U25 perforated sheet metal ensures effective natural ventilation while allowing light to penetrate.
